Dosage:

For adults, 2-3 tablets per meal, taken with plenty of fluid (water). Maximum recommended daily intake: between 6 and 9 tablets.

Each Alkapure tablet contains approximately 8% of the recommended daily calcium intake, in the form of calcium glycerophosphate. Calcium glycerophosphate is as easily processed as calcium in milk.

Every Alkapure tablet contains 65mg Calcium, in the form of Calcium-Glycerophosphate. We recommend that you don't exceed the recommended daily intake. Consult with a doctor before use.
